Deploy Thyself!

Grace to you Kingdom Kings and Priests!

May the love of God be shed abroad in your hearts by the Holy Ghost. Thank you for giving your attention to the message of The Gospel of The Kingdom! We teach what Jesus preached on the Earth.

There are many voices out there in the world so I suggest that you tend to the voice of the Lord Jesus as your guide of priority. All power has been given in Heaven and Earth to Him. Giving His Word first place in your life will give you access to original truth that you can live by, trust in and rely on. Follow Jesus as you follow God because He is successful. Since God is a God of purpose and principle we need only to know His purpose and principles and do them by faith in His Word.

Last month we talked about the fact that Jesus wants our joy to be full. His joy is a gift but it must be received by faith. His Joy can remain in us because that is His will for us. When the joy of Christ is in us the possibility of the fullness of joy is increased exponentially. His joy is our defense against depression and anxiety. How, you might ask? Through His Word. God has magnified His word above all His Name. That makes God partners with us and He is all in.

“These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full.” John 15:11 (KJV)

Right here we read that Jesus said the purpose for His Words were that His joy might remain in us. This proves His will for His Words and that His Words are our source of joy. Everything God does is a strategy for man. Through this simple verse from our King we get the example of how God’s Word works.

The thing we desire must first be conceived. This is powerful in His kingdom because His word is spirit and it is life. His words produce conception and conception inspires belief. Once you know that our king and Lord wants us to be full of joy then we can use our faith to call for it. Yes, it is a fruit of the spirit but there must be a demand placed on it. When the trials and tests of life happen to us and there is no knowledge of the joy of the Lord then depression, worry and anxiety can fester. When we know about the joy of the Lord then the power of its transmission can infuse our spirits to rule our souls. We are to say like David in Psalm 42:

“Why are you down in the dumps, dear soul? Why are you crying the blues? Fix my eyes on God. Soon I’ll be praising again. He puts a smile on my face. He’s my God.” Ps. 42:5 (MSG)

David talked with his soul and made it straighten up. He knew that his soul and his body was not the same thing. We should be spirit-ruled and soul-governed. Joy is of the Spirit and is a vital organ of the spirit body. Like any other part of us joy must be exercised. Knowing the truth about God and how He functions gives us insight to His strategies. We simply use the keys He gives us to flow, by faith, in His kingdom to bring about the love, joy and peace he places in our spirit.

Even Paul was hard pressed to go on in life as he sought the assignment for his life from God. Before Paul matured in the grace of God he struggled greatly in his mind. Look here in 1 Cor. 4:

“It seems to me that God has put us who bear his Message on stage in a theater in which no one wants to buy a ticket. We’re something everyone stands around and stares at, like an accident in the street. We’re the Messiah’s misfits. You might be sure of yourselves, but we live in the midst of frailties and uncertainties. You might be well-thought-of by others, but we’re mostly kicked around. Much of the time we don’t have enough to eat, we wear patched and threadbare clothes, we get doors slammed in our faces, and we pick up odd jobs anywhere we can to eke out a living. When they call us names, we say, “God bless you.” When they spread rumors about us, we put in a good word for them. We’re treated like garbage, potato peelings from the culture’s kitchen and it’s not getting any better.” 1 Cor 4:9-13 (MSG)

As I hear church members complaining like Job, it would seem that the above verse must be the will of God for the lives of all the body of Christ. Remember though that this was before Paul matured in the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ. Paul was showing them what he was going through for their sakes. The body of Christ can get all caught up in their feelings because of the competitive spirit of jealousy and envy. Paul was telling them that they don’t have to do that because they all have access to the same kingdom and all they need to do is to walk in what they know. These men, like Paul, Peter and James laid a great foundation so that all we have to do is build on it.

Ministers of God and those of us in the fivefold ministry are builders of the kingdom of God and not builders of churches. We are gifts to the church to administer the kingdom of God to the world. Pastors realize that the church they manage is not theirs but the King’s. We are all heirs of the same body.

“That the Gentiles should be fellow-heirs, and of the same body, and partakers of his promise in Christ by the gospel:” Eph. 3:6 (KJV)

Once you have conceived and believed for your desire you will have to protect it. You must protect your prayer life. If you don’t have a prayer life then you need to get one and quickly. What is a prayer life? That is when you decide that prayer is the life-blood of your dreams and desires. It is the prayer life that God has allowed me to develop over the years that has brought me through all the times of my life. Don’t gamble with your life by putting off praying the Word of God back to Him because He promised that He watches over His Word to perform it. The prayer life is where you meet God daily for fellowship with Him so that you can stay on the offensive where the enemy is concerned. The prayer life is when you live off of the prayers you pray on purpose. Don’t worry. You will not be begging God to do anything. Your joy will be made full because praying The Word is praying His will. His will is that you prosper and be in health even as your soul prospers.

Deploy yourself into intercession, giving to the poor and praise and worship. Deploy yourself into His vision for man and make it yours as well. This makes you invaluable to the kingdom of God. That makes you a partaker of excellence. Your life will become worthwhile to you in a big way. Your life will change direction as He adjusts your life to His will. Favor and honor will come to you from Him and you will know it. You will quickly notice that you have upgraded your life. Faith will truly be your victory that overcomes the world. You will discover that God has brought you here to rule not to own.

“And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.” Gen 1:26-28

God has given man rulership not ownership. God has given you dominion without limitations! Dominion is the power to govern, however, your gift of dominion cannot be exercised over people. God has given you kingdom! Manage to deploy yourself daily to the departments of the kingdom, like prayer and tithing, and watch your life become powerful. Faith can’t be exercised where the will of God is not known. Once you see this it will make your prayer life take off.

Your countenance will change. Your confidence will increase. Your self esteem will improve and it will become contagious! You will be seizing the dominion of your own life and then you can expand out from there. This will bring joy from within when a crisis hits or chaos comes. You know that the greater One lives in you and that God has blessed you with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ and that no weapon formed against you shall prosper.

You now know and believe that the joy of the Lord is your strength. You now know the light of the gospel of the Kingdom is the power of God and that your way of doing things is gleaned from God’s way of doing things. You have conceived it, believed it and now you are protecting it by deploying yourself to the principles of The Kingdom of God! Flow.
