Grace and peace be multiplied to you through the revealed knowledge of God and Jesus Christ our Lord.

Today we will be talking about Kingdom Identification: Who you are in Christ Jesus. There is a big difference between who you are through your natural parents and who you are in Christ Jesus. This month I want you to concentrate on your true ID. Many people talk about the character traits of parents being handed down to their children with statements like “He acts or behaves just like his daddy.” or “She likes to cook just like her mom does.” There is no difference when it comes to your identity in Christ Jesus. Jesus said: These things that I do you shall do and many more than these shall you do for I go to my Father, which is in heaven. God doesn’t give work without the power (ability) to do the work.

“The person who trusts me will not only do what I’m doing but even greater things, because I, on my way to the Father, am giving you the same work to do that I’ve been doing.” John 14:12 am (MSG)

This is a true statement from Jesus, our King Lord. He is telling us that we will be getting our traits from the same source He was getting His from. It’s still true today but do you believe? Are you a doubter? I see them (doubters) all over the body of Christ. How do I know? How can you know if you are one of them? I am glad you asked.

Don’t get upset with me at what I am about to say. When people look at Lebron James’ son they are likely expecting to see the traits of his father.They are expecting him to jump high, run fast and show great feats of athleticism. They would expect him to play basketball or football with ease. It’s the same with those who are born again with the spirit of Christ. They would expect to see him be free from sickness and disease. They would expect him to have power over sin and have all of his needs met. If someone asks you to pray for them, that person who asked you doesn’t know who they are in Christ Jesus. Yes, they may know that they are saved and possibly filled with the Holy Spirit yet they may not know who they are in Christ Jesus.

All citizens in the kingdom of God’s dear Son have equal access to its healthcare. God who spared not His own Son but delivered Him up for us all, will He not give us all things through Him? Glean from the healing virtue of God through His Son who was made sin and then was healed and raised for our justification. Identify with that. I realize that there are times when you are too weak to pray for yourself or you may not know how to pray for yourself. If you have been diagnosed with a sickness or disease and you are in Christ then as a citizen of the kingdom you have access to God's healthcare.

“He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?” Rom 8:32

“Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection:” Romans 6:4-5

Read these verses with Identification in mind and know, deep in your spirit, that you really are ‘In Christ Jesus.’ Your body may not have caught up with that fact but now that you know...you can access your health by faith. No one is judging you if you are still sick but the Word is the same. You can and will receive your healing when you know you are healed by the stripes of Jesus from a kingdom standpoint. In a certain country there is free healthcare, education paid for as well as freedom of burial expenses for all citizens. It doesn’t mean that there are no sick people in that country but there are people that are not taking advantage of the benefits afforded them.

In Christ Jesus there are citizens of the kingdom of God that are not taking advantage of the benefits afforded them simply because they don’t know who they are in Christ Jesus. One word for Identification is ‘credentials.’ Credentials get you into places if you have the proper type. This is why Jesus says to go in His name and His credentials will get you in!

“And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover. So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God. And they went forth, and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. Amen.” Mark 16:15-20 (KJV)

Jesus told them to GO into the all the world because God loved the world. He told them to go, in His name, casting out devils. Do you? He told them to go speak with new tongues. Do you? He told them not to be afraid of danger as a reason not to go. Does fear stop you? Jesus said to lay hands on the sick. Do you? Jesus said that they should recover. Do they? That’s who you are though. That is really who you are in the kingdom of God.

Another word for Identification is ‘Passport.’ When you look at a passport it says that the holder of this passport is the property of the country that issued it. In a kingdom, the king owns everything in that kingdom including the people. Therefore if anyone in the kingdom tries to be an owner of a thing they become an enemy of the state! Get that child of God. When ownership rules you, and satan knows this, the kingdom is cut off from you. People ask me why is the teaching of the kingdom so important? The reason is to protect you from ignorance of how kingdoms work. If you don’t know that ownership is against the kingdom and the king then you won’t know why your harvest has been locked.

In Christ Jesus you are a manager of assets and not an owner of assets. You are a manager of the assets of the king. Whatever the king gives you or allows you to gain it is His property. Religion allows you to own and when I speak of ownership I am speaking to the spirit of ownership. I realize that you must take possession of things in order to manage them. When the king gives a command for you to take something you manage and give it to someone else, it is always for your good. The king is looking for obedience so the laws that govern the kingdom will work on your behalf. A good king is always looking to attract people and expand his realm.

God is expanding His kingdom here on earth through His first begotten Son, Jesus the King Lord, and all those who receive Him into their lives.

“Anyone who separates from me is deadwood, gathered up and thrown on the bonfire. But if you make yourselves at home with me and my words are at home in you, you can be sure that whatever you ask will be listened to and acted upon.” John 15:7 (MSG)

Disobedience will separate us from the kingdom blessings and only repentance will restore us from the bondage of kingdom prison. If we however make our home with Him and His Words then we can be sure that whatever we ask will be listened to and acted upon! That is exciting to know and free to enjoy. We are natural born citizens of a real kingdom that has laws and covenants and rights and privileges.

“My purpose in writing is simply this: that you who believe in God’s Son will know beyond the shadow of a doubt that you have eternal life, the reality and not the illusion. And how bold and free we then become in his presence, freely asking according to his will, sure that he’s listening. And if we’re confident that he’s listening, we know that what we’ve asked for is as good as ours.” 1 John 5:13-15 (MSG)

The kingdom of God is not an illusion and eternal life is guaranteed. We are managers though and not owners. In Christ Jesus we can ask anything knowing He hears us so it is vitally important to learn and know the about the kingdom and how it functions so that all the things you need for this life will be added without fail or toil. No one can be assured that He, the King, is listening, if we are owners. We will want to keep everything for ourselves and violate the laws that govern the kingdom. The bible is a kingdom-governed book and is not the property of the United States of America. Don’t get it twisted. The currency of the kingdom is faith and not money. So if the king demands the tithe from each citizen it not a penalty it is a privilege to access the commonwealth of the king. Everyone has equal access but we determine how much of it we want through our giving because He already knows how much you need.

“But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking. Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him.” Matt 6:7-8 (KJV) (Underline my influence.)
